PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor for achieving lookup table (LUT) making when an output value for an input value is obtained even for image processing for which the contents of an operation are unclear or difficult to specify. SOLUTION: A learning part 10 includes: an image processing means 11 which executes an operation to be the object of LUT making and observes the output value for the input value; an input means 12 for inputting a pixel value in an input color space to the image processing means 11; and an updating means 13 for writing the correspondence of the pixel value in the input color space and an output pixel value obtained as the result of inputting the pixel value to the image processing means 11 to the LUT 20. A processing part 30 includes an LUT reference means 33 for reading the output pixel value corresponding to the input pixel value to be the object of the image processing from the LUT 20.
