摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube for a heat exchanger preventing brazing failure at a low processing cost, a manufacturing method of the tube, and a manufacturing method of a heat exchanger having high product reliability such as pressure resistance. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the tube for the heat exchanger, in a central part in the width direction of a flat plate-shaped material for manufacturing a flat tube, a center post part extended to the material longitudinal direction is formed, and end folding parts each comprising a first folding part 16, a second folding part 17 and an inclination part 18 are formed at both ends in the width direction of the material. Both first folding parts are made to abut on each other by folding back the material in the intermediate portions between both end folding parts and the center post part, and the both second folding parts 17 are made to abut on both side faces of the center post part, so the entire material is formed to have a flat tube shape. Both end folding parts are pressed against the center post part by pressing, and the both end folding parts are expanded by reaction force from the center post part. With the inclination parts made to abut on center post part, a solder material is made to flow in to gaps, to braze the both end folding parts to each other, and both end folding parts to the center post part.
