PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which enables a swing arm to have a predetermined rigidity easily and also by which appearance quality can be improved, in a motorcycle in which a drive shaft is arranged below a line connecting a pivot shaft and a rear axle. SOLUTION: The motorcycle 10 includes the swing arm 28 provided on a vehicle frame 11 rockably via the pivot shaft 27 and a drive shaft 32 pivotally supported on this swing arm 28. The central axis 32J of the drive shaft is arranged below the line 28C connecting the pivot shaft 27 with the rear axle 40. The swing arm 28 is provided so as to enclose the drive shaft 32.
