The invention relates to domestic and industrial lighting devices. A device comprises a diode-capacitor rectifier with voltage buildup, inputs of which are connected to outputs of AC sources, a ballast resistance, first lead of which is connected to output of the diode-capacitor rectifier with voltage buildup, and a fluorescent tube. In addition, a current reversal unit is incorporated to the device; inputs thereof are connected correspondingly to second lead of the ballast resistance and a second output of the diode-capacitor rectifier with voltage buildup, outputs – to electrodes of the fluorescent tube. The device provides reliability increase of fluorescent tube firing and increase of light efficiency thereof. |
