摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the rolling resistance of a tire while enhancing durability. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method for the tire includes a heating process comprising inner heating for heating a green tire from an inner cavity side by filling a high-temperature heating medium into the inner cavity of the green tire charge-held in a molding die, and outer heating for heating the green tire from an outer face side by heating a molding die. The method is constituted, during the heating process, to carry out molding die temperature control for controlling a temperature T1 of the molding die within a range of 140-165°C, and cord vicinity temperature control for controlling the maximum temperature T2 of topping rubber in an area Y in the vicinity of a belt cord with 3 mm or less of distance from a surface of the cord, within a range of 140-165°C. The topping rubber in a belt layer contains 25-55 pts.mass of reinforcing agent comprising carbon black and/or silica, per 100 pts.mass of rubber component containing 10-45 mass% of modified butadiene rubber and/or modified styrene butadiene rubber.
