PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum coating material having water repellency and preventing dust from adhering by applying a specific carbon black added coating with a comparatively simple method. SOLUTION: A water repellent coating film composed of (A) a water repellent resin consisting of fluorine series and silicone series and (B) a carbon black having 1-20 wt.% dry coating film weight, and having 0.1-20 g/m<SP>2</SP>dry coating film weight, and 10<SP>4</SP>-10<SP>9</SP>Ωsurface resistance value is formed on the aluminum surface. The carbon black preferably has a DBP absorbed amount of 60-120 cm<SP>3</SP>/100 g, a nitrogen absorption specific surface area of 50-400 m<SP>2</SP>/g, an average particle diameter of 0.012-0.040μm, and a surface roughness of the dry coating film of 0.2-2.0μm.
