<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire for racing carts that achieves an improvement in effectiveness of a steering wheel, braking performance, and wear resistance without deteriorating excellent responsiveness of the steering wheel. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The pneumatic tire for racing carts has a bias structure having two or more carcass layers 4. In the pneumatic tire, a tread profile before an air pressure is filled in the tire has an almost trapezoidal shape. When loading a load of 0.65 kN after the tire is mounted to a rim and an air pressure of 100 kPa is filled in the tire, a ratio of a width TWc of a center part 1a with respect to a tread ground-contact width TW, that is, TWc/TW is 0.65±0.15, a tread radius Rc of the center part 1a is ≥700 mm, a tread radius Rs of a shoulder part 1b is ≥300 mm, and a difference A in the tire radial direction between the tire outer-diameter and the end part of the shoulder part 1b is 6±3 mm.
