<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid effective for the healing of diseases of animals, plants (the whole of trees, vegetables and flowering plants), honeybees, fowls and the like caused by viruses, bacteria, fungi and molds. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A liquid of a quasi-drug obtained by mixing basically five kinds of 0.5 L undiluted liquid of pyroligneous acid or bamboo pyroligneous acid, 0.5 L rice alcohol liquid or rice Shochu (Japanese white distilled liquor), 2 L malted rice-fermented liquid, 5 g common salt and 3.5 L water, or a liquid obtained by mixing the whole of a plant or a Chinese medicine obtained by drying, processing and powdering them, with the liquid is sprayed on the animals, the plants (the whole of the trees, the vegetables and the flowering plants), the honeybees, the fowls and the like.
