<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam-charging type conveyer oven heating foods without impairing texture of the foods, enabling finish cooking such as imparting baked color, scorch, flavor, etc. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The steam-charging type conveyer oven which cooks foods while conveying foods with a conveyer, including a heating chamber for cooking foods, a conveyer passing through the heating chamber, wherein the heating chamber includes a heater installed on the upward of the conveyer face for heating whole of the conveyer face, and a steam-charging means installed on the upward of the conveying face of the heating chamber only on the upstream of the flowing direction of the conveyer, for gushing out superheated steam.
