<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article dispensing apparatus capable of stably dispensing articles by absorbing influence of a shape etc. of each article forming a brochure state. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The article dispensing apparatus 20 provided with a unit 30 for parallelly arranging articles to form an accommodation area "S1" on a placing surface 31 which is gradually inclined downwardly toward the other end from one end, and for making articles "W" forming a plurality of brochure states to be parallelly arranged on the placing surface 31; a dispensing unit to be disposed mutually movable relating to a parallelly arranging direction of the articles "W" which are parallelly arranged in the article parallelly arranging unit 30 and for dispensing the articles "W" disposed on a dispensing area "S2" which is previously set within the accommodation area "S1" into a direction crossing relating to the parallelly arranging direction when being driven; a supporting unit 40 having the dispensing unit and for forming the dispensing area "S2" by setting at the other end of the placing surface 31 with a form of nearly orthogonal relating to it; and a pressing unit 50 to be disposed movable along the parallelly arranging direction of the articles "W" on the placing surface 31, and for pressing the articles "W" which are parallelly arranged on the placing surface 31 by each self weight toward the supporting unit 40.
