A method for acquiring/configuring the Multicast/Broadcast over Single Frequency network sub-frame ( MBSFN sub-frame) and an acquiring apparatus thereof are provided by the present invention, wherein the method includes that: the configuration rule of the MBSFN sub-frame is set, wherein the configuration rule is that the sub-frame configured as MBSFN sub-frame comprises six sub-frames numbering 1,2,3,6,7,8; a user device acquires the system broadcast message from a base station, wherein, the MBSFN sub-frame configuration information is carried in the system broadcast message; the user device determines the sub-frame configured as the MBSFN sub-frame according to the configuration rule and the MBSFN sub-frame configuration information. The present invention simplifies the network configuration.
