PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alteration detector or the like capable of maintaining a correlation between a set of data pair constituted of a plurality of independent different data, and capable of detecting alteration of the data even when altered. SOLUTION: This alteration detector 1 detects alteration of first and second data 101, 102 required to be correlated univalently, and has a computing part 103 for XOR (exclusive-or)-computing the first data and the second data, to generate a composition data 104, and a storage part 205 for storing the composition data, and the computing part performs XOR (exclusive-or) operation of either of the first data or the second data and the composition data, to generate the other data.
