PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for vacuum refining of metal melt, which has an inner lid 9 inside a vacuum lid 6, in which deposition of splash onto the inner lid 9, particularly onto an aperture 13 for feeding alloy materials, is further reduced. SOLUTION: The apparatus for vacuum refining of metal melt comprises the inner lid 9 provided inside the vacuum lid 6 that covers a furnace throat area of a furnace body equipped with a tuyere for blowing in a gas for stirring the metal melt. The vacuum lid 6 has a duct 7 connected to a vacuum exhaust apparatus and an alloy-feeding hole 8, and the inner lid 9 has the aperture 13 for passing the alloy materials fed from the alloy-feeding hole 8. On the upper surface of the inner lid 9, a flexible refractory material 15 is provided around the aperture 13, and the upper surface of the flexible refractory material 15 is contacted with the inner surface of the vacuum lid 6.
