PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reactor assembly that performs soft switching in addition to elevating and lowering operations, includes a small number of components, and is excellent in assembly operability. SOLUTION: The reactor assembly 1A includes a coil 11 formed of a winding 11w, a smoothing reactor (main reactor) 2A having an annular core 10 where the coil 11 is disposed, and a reactor (sub-reactor) 3A for resonance having a cylindrical core 30. One end side of the winding 11w forming the coil 11 is extended and the cylindrical core 30 is disposed so as to cover the outer periphery of the extension portion (transition portion 11c). Terminal members 14a, 14b and 14c are suitable for both ends 11e of the winding 11w and the intermediate portion of the transition member 11c. The winding 11w and terminal member 14b are used in common for both the reactors 2A and 3A to decrease the number of components and also to reduce fitting operations for the terminal members.
