<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low temperature slush fluid manufacturing device capable of preventing an aging phenomenon of a slush low temperature fluid stored in a vessel, and capable of preventing an auger locking state in which an auger cannot be rotated due to a low temperature solid formed on a surface of a heat transmitting surface. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The low-temperature slush fluid manufacturing device 1 includes a slush fluid manufacturing part 2 equipped with a heat exchanger 3 arranged in a liquid-state low temperature fluid L stored in the inside of the vessel 5 and having the heat transmitting surface 6, the auger 7 for scraping off the low temperature solid formed on the surface of the heat transmitting surface 6, and an agitating device 8 for agitating the slush low temperature fluid S accumulated on a bottom part of the vessel 5 by an agitating vane 18. The low temperature slush fluid manufacturing device 1 is further provided with a control device 19 for controlling so that an agitating process and a manufacturing process are alternately executed.
