PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for monitoring whether or not automatic water supply is normally attained to promote the efficiency of green space management, and to provide a system and device for monitoring water supply. SOLUTION: The method for monitoring water supply comprises using sensors 21, 21, 21 for detecting whether or not water flows through water-supply pipes 11, 11, 11 set up to plants for an automatic water-supply system 1 to give notice from a notification device 22 to a management device 23 when the water begins to flow and when the water stops flowing. The management device 23 determines whether or not the water-supply system 1 normally functions according to whether or not patterns at the time that the water begins to flow and that the water stops flowing preliminarily coincide with water-supply patterns in a water-supply controller 14.
