A method for obtaining of anti-Chlamidia hyperimmune serum which comprises the immunization of sheeps with the antigene of purified and concentrated clamydia. At the first immunization the antigene is administered with the complete Freund adjuvant, and in the subsequent - with non-complete hypodermically and intra-tracheally, and the administration is carried out prior to the in serum of anti-Chlamidia antibodies in high titres.
