A method for topical treatment of purulent wounds of soft tissues comprises the surgical processing, use of solutions of antiseptics, wound drainage, imposing of medical bandages with preparations on modern hydrophile bases according to phases of a wound process. In addition at the second and third phases of the wound process a napkin moistened moistened in the Mexidol-liposomal mix is introduced in the wound, consisting of Mexidol solution, Lipin liposomal preparation and sodium chloride. |
