A device for protection of colorectal anastomosis after low front resections in the form of two decompression soft and flexible pipes with apertures on the distal end. One of pipes has the length of approximately 15 cm and diameter of 1.0 cm with the rounded off edge, which distal end has 2-3 lateral apertures with the diameter of 0.3-0.4 mm.
