A toothed-lever mechanism for vibratory motion consists of a body, a cover, a drive gear shaft, two gear wheels, connecting rods, an output link, and a driven shaft. One of connecting rods is pre-fabricated and arranged as cylinder in which at long axis without possibility of motion a rod is installed, this forms movable joint with piston installed in the cylinder. The piston at the other side is immovably connected to the second rod, on the rods compression springs are installed, and washers with pins that are in oppositely disposed slots in cylinder. At that on the cylinder from both sides nuts are mounted, those are connected to pins of the washers, at the end of the cylinder a cover is rigidly fixed, this forms movable joint with movable rod. |
