This invention relates to a closure arrangement (10) for closing and sealing the opening of a bottle (12) with a threaded neck finish. The closure arrangement (10) comprises an inner metal cap (14) having threading (20) for engaging complementary threading of bottle (12) and an outer metal cap (28) secured to the inner cap (14). The outer surface of the outer cap (28) is substantially uniformly smooth to conceal the inner threaded profile of the inner cap (14).
