In a protective panel provided with a touch input function in the display window of an electronic device having a built-in antenna disposed on the back, a top electrode sheet (2a) and a bottom electrode panel (3) that comprise the protective panel provided with a touch input function, each has a radio wave-permeable area (26, 27), respectively, where no conductor is formed that corresponds to the built-in antenna in a frame region concealed by a decorative layer. For all or a large portion of a boundary (26a) with a conductor in the radio wave-permeable area on the top electrode sheet side, a glue layer (30) that adheres the top electrode sheet and the bottom electrode panel at the peripheral edges thereof has a through-hole (30a) to overlie at least a region near the inside of the boundary, and air in the through-hole can enter and exit through an air vent (31).
