PURPOSE: A non-woven fabric punching and cutting apparatus is provided to punch the upper side of non-woven fabric easily with a punching pin while compressing the non-woven fabric with a first compression member. CONSTITUTION: A non-woven fabric punching and cutting apparatus comprises a frame(10), a punching unit(30), and first and second cutting units(50,70). The punching unit punches non-woven fabric placed on one side of the frame. The first cutting unit cuts the punched non-woven fabric. The second cutting unit cuts the non-woven fabric transferred to the other side of the frame. Therefore, bores and first and second cut parts are formed at regular intervals on the non-woven fabric. |
