<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a home electrical appliance wherein even a zero-standby-power appliance such as a washing machine surely receive a base station telegraphic message. <P>SOLUTION: In the case where information such as quality information is distributed from a radio base station 1 to a washing machine 8 but the washing machine 8 is not electrified and the information can not be received, a telegraphic message from the radio base station 1 is received and stored by a refrigerator 2 that is electrified all the time and the stored distributed information is re-transmitted when the washing machine 8 is electrified, thereby accomplishing a home electrical appliance in which even a zero-standby-power appliance does not miss reception of distributed information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
