PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly stable highly fat-soluble vitamin and/or a lipid-soluble pigment-containing powder prevented from denaturation due to deterioration of the fat soluble vitamin or the lipid-soluble pigment.

SOLUTION: There are provided a fat-soluble vitamin and a lipid-soluble pigment-containing powder prepared by infiltrating fat and oil in which a fat-soluble vitamin and/or a lipid-soluble pigment are dissolved or dispersed into a silicic acid compound powder of a pore volume of 1-5 mL/g as measured by the BET method.
