PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate installation work of a rotor shaft and a magnet rotor to a support member in a motor valve. SOLUTION: The rotor shaft 3 and the magnet rotor 42 are constituted of different members. A fixed lower end stopper SD1 is formed in an end part of the support member 2, and a fixed upper end stopper SU1 is formed in the support member 2. A movable lower end stopper MD1 is formed on the rotor shaft 3. A movable upper end stopper MU1 is formed in the magnet rotor 42. The support member 2, the rotor shaft 3 and the magnet rotor 42 are molded by resin. A male screw 32a of the rotor shaft 3 is screwed in a female screw 21a of the support member 2, and the rotor shaft 3 is installed in the support member 2. The magnet rotor 42 is fitted and fixed to an engaging part A of the rotor shaft 3 in a position where the movable upper wend stopper MU1 does not interfere with the fixed upper end stopper SU1.
