<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retardant copolymerized polycarbonate resin which exhibits high biogenic substance content, is excellent in heat resistance, thermostability, rigidity, transparency, flame retardancy and moldability and is useful as an industrial material.
