<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily maintainable dewatering treatment device, and to enable profitable use in case of dewatering-treating a muddy cement sludge discharged together with cleaning water when cleaning a concrete mixer truck. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A drip gate 13 is formed in at least one side of a dewatering vessel 1 by stacking up laterally laidly a plurality of cylindrical members 12, 12a, 12b, water in the cement sludge flows out clearances of the cylindrical members by feeding the cement sludge into the dewatering vessel, and a solid matter is separated from the clearances by rotating the cylindrical members 12a, 12b.
