PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of allocating a transfer resource for a response signal, a method of feeding back a response signal, and a method of processing a response signal. SOLUTION: The method of allocating a transfer resource for a response signal includes a step of determining a list of mobile stations that need to transmit a response signal at present, a step of determining the number of response signals that need to be transmitted by each mobile station, and a step of allocating a frequency region sequence and a time region sequence to each mobile station to transmit a response signal. As to a plurality of mobile stations to which the same frequency region sequence is allocated, the time region sequence allocated to a certain mobile station that needs to transmit a plurality of response signal groups is divided into a plurality of subsequences to be used to transmit the plurality of response signal groups of the mobile station, respectively, and the parts of the time region sequence of different mobile stations corresponding to the plurality of subsequences are orthogonal to one another.
