The device has a cylindrical nut body (300) in which a worm shaft (200) is inserted. Radial bearings (500) are arranged corresponding to mounting holes (310). Outer wheels of the radial bearings are arranged in contact with outer surfaces of the screw (210) of the worm shaft, so that the radial bearings are rotated in a firm place, when the worm shaft or the nut body is brought in rotation. A position adjusting unit is arranged on the radial bearings such that the position adjusting unit adjusts a position of the radial bearings for the center of the worm shaft.
