The arrangement has a C-shaped bar (2) arranged at a side wall (1) in a horizontal extension. A base supported element including a shaped part (6) partly encloses the C-shaped bar in a mounting condition and extends in a longitudinal direction of the C-shaped bar. The shaped part supports two ends on exterior of the C-shaped bar for receiving vertical loads and moments. The shaped part is connected with a sliding block (3) for receiving longitudinal and transverse forces acting on the C-shaped bar. The sliding block is arranged between two ends of the shaped part in the C-shaped bar.
