An apparatus for air cooling of oil consists of support construction on which at least one heat exchanger is fixed, this has cooled section at two sides of which distribution chambers are fixed, those are equipped with electric heaters, oil nozzles and draining devices for air circulation, over section at least two fans are installed, working wheels of those are fixed on vertical shafts of drive electric motors. Each fan is placed in the box lower section of which has diffuser connected to heat exchanger, and the upper part is connected to the air box of fans on which jalousie for control of flow rate of cooling air are installed. Support construction is at two sides closed with cover with possibility of access to inside of construction and at two other sides it is equipped with jalousie for control of inlet air intake. Cooling section of heat exchanger is made of aluminum tubes of cold roll with spirally wound ribbing, ends of those are connected by means of expansion with pipe steel plates through which the pipes go to distribution chambers and are connected to oil nozzles by means of oil-resistive rubber rings. To the ends of the pipe plates with formation of rigid frame of heat exchanger channel bars are connected, those with the upper parts are connected to diffusers of fan boxes. |
