A machine for shredding and grinding green mass is made as a base, a cylindrical body, a shredding device and a grinding one, a driving mechanism of the shredding and grinding devices, a case with an outlet spout, a screw feeder with a tank and a driving mechanism. On the base the cylindrical body is mounted. Inside thereof a right outer holder and a left one both with cone surfaces and a shaft, on which a right internal holder and a left one both with cone surfaces the apexes of which are directed meeting each other are disposed, are rigidly arranged. The right holder is rigidly connected with the shaft and the left one through a key connection in such a manner as to allow free axial movement thereof, and between the cone surfaces of the outer and internal holders cone rollers are mounted. In addition, a shearing disk with openings is rigidly arranged at the right end of the cylindrical body, and at the end of the shaft a multiblade knife is disposed, as well as at the left end of the cylindrical body the case with the outlet spout is mounted, and a screw feeder with a tank and a driving mechanism arranged on the base is connected to the right end through a coupling flange. In doing so on the cylindrical body spouts for delivering water into the working zone are mounted. |
