A recirculation bioplateau-filter on structures for the treatment of effluents of dairy plant consists of bioplateau body, filled with grainy loading in which the higher moisture-loving plants are planted, pipeline for water supply to the purification, drainage pipeline for distribution of water in zone of root system of plants, gathering drainage pipeline, fixed in the lower part of the body, pipeline for the outlet of the purified water. Bioplateau body is equipped with additional vertical baffles, allowing to form successively placed inlet chamber, bioplateau chamber, gathering chamber, in addition to the inlet chamber the pipeline for water supply to the purification is delivered, and also the drainage pipeline for distribution of water is established, fixed in bioplateau chamber, and the gathering drainage pipeline is made in such a way, that its horizontal section is placed in the lower part of bioplateau chamber and is established in the gathering chamber, and also additionally equipped with vertical l-shaped air-lift standpipe, placed in inlet chamber with outlet nozzle, directed to the side of the pipeline for water supply, besides to the drainage pipeline with air-lift standpipe separate pneumopressure and water-circulation systems are attached. |
