<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dressing which plays three roles by a single article, solves the present problems of the presence of many people worrying about foods and feeling inconvenience in a dietary life while feeling a threat of lifestyle-related diseases, a loss of nutrient components in chemical treatment and processing of foods to cause difficulty in safe intake of nutrients, and enables prevention of food allergy, countermeasures for lifestyle-related diseases and intake of effective nutrient components. <P>SOLUTION: The emulsion-type dressing is prepared by taking advantage of characteristics of granular lecithin without using an egg by adding materials for forming the dressing to a vegetable paste of onion and carrot. Lecithin is integrated with the dressing to develop the effect of a food having a function as supplement foods.
