<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus or the like capable of reading execution conditions from the job log stored already in the image forming apparatus, setting them, and executing a job. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus 100A connected with devices 100B-100E storing log data of the executed job through a network 201 has an inputting means 24 for inputting user operation, a retrieval information generating means 45 for generating retrieval information for retrieving log data, a transmitting means 34 for transmitting the retrieval information to the devices, a receiving means 34 for receiving the log data being suitable for the retrieval information from the devices, an execution information generating means 43 for generating execution information of job by using the execution conditions of the job included in the log data, a display means 25 for displaying a job execution screen on which the execution information generated by the execution information generating means 43 is set, and execution means 33, 32 for executing jobs in accordance with the execution information generated by the execution information generating means 43 and storing the log data of the executed job. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
