<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light diffusion plate which can reduce a lamp image and further can improve front luminance, and to provide an optical sheet, a back light unit and a display device using the same. <P>SOLUTION: In the light diffusion plate 10 including at least two layers of the first resin layer 20 comprising nonspherical particles with the average particle diameter of 1 to 6 μm as the first light scattering particles 13 and the second resin layer 21 comprising spherical particles with the average particle diameter of 1 to 6 μm as the second light scattering particles 14, the refractive index difference among the first light scattering particles 13, the second light scattering particles and the resin 12 is controlled to 0.1 to 0.18.
