<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receipt issuing device and a receipt issuing system for preventing any unnecessary receipt from being issued without changing the application of an external device. <P>SOLUTION: This receipt issuing device is provided with: a settlement information receiving means 61 for receiving settlement information from an external device 2 which transmits settlement information and a predetermined command; a command reception means 62 for receiving the settlement information, and for receiving the predetermined command; a decision means 64 for deciding whether to issue a receipt on the basis of whether the predetermined command has been received or not and/or the content received; and a receipt issuing means 65 for, when deciding that the receipt is issued by the decision means 64, printing the settlement information, and for issuing the receipt. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
