PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To completely suck a fluid left in a cap after cleaning action. SOLUTION: A fluid receiver which receives the fluid from a jet nozzle is equipped with a recession for receiving the fluid and an opening for sucking the fluid in the recess. A suction pump is connected to the opening. Moreover, a sucking auxiliary member is prepared which assists the action of the suction pump to suck the fluid in the recession by being drawn in the interior of the recession in a direction of the opening when receiving a negative pressure from the suction pump. The sucking auxiliary member is drawn into the recession by operating the suction pump, thereby the fluid adhered in the recession can be sucked more surely. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
