PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery regulating part structure of an overlong component capable of simplifying removing work of a regulated overlong component, by regulating delivery by smoothly transferring the overlong component. SOLUTION: This delivery regulating part structure is provided for regulating the overlong component of a part 1 with a head member for transferring a guide rail 4 in a suspended state. A regulating member 8 is arranged in an upper position of the guide rail 4, and a detection member 8 is arranged so as to be opposed to the regulating member, to contact with a lower end part of the overlong component 1A and not to contact with a lower end part of a normal length component 1B. An interval L1 between a reference surface 13 of the detection member and a guide surface 5 is set shorter than the length of the overlong component 1A and longer than the length of a normal component 1B, and a guide inclined face 12 is arranged on the upstream side of the reference surface.
