PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more stably and effectively disperse a load input from a suspension device to a rear wheel house side in a vehicular side body structure which includes an opening in a body rear wall and in which a suspension tower portion is formed integrally with a rear wheel house of a body sidewall. SOLUTION: The vehicular side body structure includes: the opening in the body rear wall; and the suspension tower portion formed integrally with the rear wheel house of the body sidewall. The vehicular side body structure further includes a peeler inner reinforcement 30 at least a part of which passes through a peeler portion from the top of the rear wheel house and extends substantially upward to lead to a roof rail portion. The peeler inner reinforcement is provided with a U-shaped cross-sectional portion 32 having a substantially U-shaped cross section open outward in a vehicle width direction. A top portion 32b of the U-shaped cross-sectional portion is connected to a suspension tower outer reinforcement 37 for reinforcing a suspension tower portion. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
