A method of cleaning conduits includes washing deposits on internal surfaces of conduits and removal thereof by a cleaning device. A part of liquid, which transports the cleaning device along the cleaned conduit is passed through a cavitator of device generating cavitation flow mode, and the deposit is washed by jets of this liquid. After this, the surfaces of conduit are subject to final cleaning by brushes of the cleaning device.
