The aim of the invention is to provide a dust recovery system for cement factories. This system allows the dust to be recovered from cement factories in the form of sludge. This system thus allows the dust to be recovered by making it pass beneath water jets in order to convert it to sludge, which is recovered in silos in order to be dried.
