<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fingerprint proof transparent conductive laminate which is abrasion-resistant and prevents degrading of visibility due to reflection, and from which dirt caused by attached fingerprint is removed easily and to provide a touch panel using the same. <P>SOLUTION: In the transparent conductive laminate, a hard coat layer constituted by a polymer resin is laminated on the surface of a plastic film as a base body, and a conductive layer is laminated on the opposite surface. The polymer resin constituting the hard coat layer is subjected to fingerprint proof treatment which provides a fingerprint proof property by adding first particles having≤5μm average grain size calculated by an arithmetic average particle and second particles having≤5μm average grain size calculated by the arithmetic average particle and being different from the first particles such that the total additive amount of the first particles and second particles is 5 to 20% of the polymer resin by a solid content ratio. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
