摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a mode synchronous laser device that easily adjusts the repetition frequency of pulse light with simple and compact constitution; a pulse laser light source device; and a microscope device. SOLUTION: The mode synchronous laser device 10 includes a pumping light system 12, SESAM 14, a solid laser medium 16, a dichroic mirror 18, a resonator mirror 20, a Peltier element 22, and a Peltier drive unit 24. A dichroic mirror holder 32 to which the SESAM 14, solid laser medium 16, resonator mirror 20, and dichroic mirror 18 are fitted is fixed by the same resonator holder 34. The resonator holder 34 is temperature-regulated by the Peltier element 22 driven by the Peltier drive unit 24 to vary resonator length, thereby varying the repetition frequency of the pulse light emitted from a resonator.
