PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a termite-proof member that can shield a clearance even if there is the clearance in a boundary part between earthen floor concrete and a rising part of a continuous footing, piping, or the like, and a method of manufacturing a building foundation and a termite-proofing method. SOLUTION: An earthen floor side member 12 including a part of a shielding part 24 of the termite-proof member 10 is fixed to a form surface 102 of a form panel 100 in a state of extending along the form surface 102 to place concrete used as the continuous footing 200. After the placement, the form panel 100 is removed, and the earthen floor side member 12 including the part of the shielding part 24 of the termite-proof member 10 is bent from the continuous footing 200 so as to be projected from the continuous footing 200. The projected earthen floor side member 12 is jointed to the continuous footing 200 while being embedded in earthen floor concrete 300. Since the shielding part is disposed at a construction joint face of the earthen floor concrete 300 to the continuous footing 200, even if the clearance is formed between them, the termite-proof member shields to cross between the earthen floor concrete 300 and the continuous footing 200.
