<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamed molded product with less silver streak, a polypropylene-based resin composition giving the foamed molded product, and its production method. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The polypropylene-based resin composition contains (A) a propylene-ethylene block copolymer containing a propylene single polymer portion and a propylene-ethylene copolymer portion having a limiting viscosity number of 3-8 dl/g, (B) an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer, and (C) a syndiotactic propylene polymer. The polypropylene-based resin composition contains 1-11 pts.mass of the component (C) based on 100 pts.mass of the propylene polymer composition containing 40-95 mass% of (A) and 5-60 mass% of (B) (provided that the total of the mass of (A) and (B) is made to 100 mass%).
