PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce loads of a message switching system to efficiently transfer a message. SOLUTION: In the message switching system of bus transfer type, only control data of the message to be transmitted from an external system is processed by the message switching system, and a message text is directly transferred between external services. For example, in the message switching system of bus transfer system, structure of data to be transmitted and received between the external system and switching equipment is extended, and information about the origin of the data is added in the data. In addition, a function having the detection function of additional information of the data to be transmitted and received to/from the switching equipment and handling not the message text but only control information for directly transferring the message between the external systems using the information added to the data, is added in a subsystem which processes a protocol for connection to the external system which provides service, so that the message text and the data accompanying the message are not transmitted via the switching equipment.
