PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curing type solvent based clear coating film capable of forming a coating film having excellent scratch resistance and chipping resistance and hardly generating a crack and the like and to provide a layered coating film using the same. SOLUTION: In the curing type solvent based clear coating film disposed on a surface layer of a coated film coated on a matter to be coated and formed by solidifying a curing type solvent based clear paint including lipophilic polyrotaxane, the lipophilic polyrotaxane includes cyclic molecules 7, a straight chain like molecule 6 skewering the cyclic molecules 7 and blocking groups 8 disposed at both ends of the straight chain molecule 6 and preventing release of the cyclic molecules and the straight chain like molecule 6 and/or the cyclic molecules 7 has a group (-CO(CH2)5OH) to be a group modified by caprolactone.
