<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation monitoring system performing setting related to acquisition of screen information according to a display situation in a computer terminal on a monitoring side when monitoring an operation screen or the like of the computer terminal. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This operation monitoring system has: an operation information acquisition part for acquiring operation information of the computer terminal; an operation information display control part for making the acquired operation information be displayed on a prescribed display device; a display situation decision part for deciding the display situation of the operation information of the computer terminal in the prescribed display device; and an operation information setting part for performing the setting related to the acquisition of the operation information of the computer terminal based on a decision result.
